Thank you for choosing So Darn Easy Forex University® / SDEFX University™. We are committed to providing structured trading education, Signals With Guidance™, live training, membership access, and educational resources designed to help traders approach the market with greater discipline, clarity, and confidence.
Please carefully review this Refund Policy before purchasing any membership, product, service, training, webinar, recording, digital resource, or educational program from SDEFX University™.
By completing a purchase, enrolling in a membership, accessing the Private Boardroom, attending a live training session, accessing the Member’s Area, or using any SDEFX University™ service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Educational Purpose And Trading Risk
All SDEFX University™ products, services, memberships, trainings, signals, guidance, webinars, recordings, trade examples, market breakdowns, and related materials are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
SDEFX University™ does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional trading advice. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk, and results are not guaranteed.
Refund eligibility is not based on trading profits, account growth, personal trading results, market conditions, trade execution, broker issues, emotional trading decisions, or individual outcomes.
2. Point Guarantee™ Refund Policy
Certain qualifying SDEFX University™ memberships may include a specific Point Guarantee™, when expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Depending on the membership tier purchased, the applicable guarantee may include one of the following:
1000-Point Guarantee™
2500-Point Guarantee™
3500-Point Guarantee™
The applicable Point Guarantee™ is based on the membership, offer, or enrollment terms selected by the student at the time of purchase.
Under the applicable Point Guarantee™, if during the student’s first thirty (30) days of membership SDEFX University™ does not provide qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities through Signals With Guidance™ totaling at least the number of points promised under that student’s qualifying membership tier, the student may be eligible to receive a full refund of their purchase price, subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
For example:
If the student purchased a membership that includes the 1000-Point Guarantee™, SDEFX University™ must provide at least one thousand (1,000) points in qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities during the initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
If the student purchased a membership that includes the 2500-Point Guarantee™, SDEFX University™ must provide at least two thousand five hundred (2,500) points in qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities during the initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
If the student purchased a membership that includes the 3500-Point Guarantee™, SDEFX University™ must provide at least three thousand five hundred (3,500) points in qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities during the initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
The applicable Point Guarantee™ applies only to qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities provided through Signals With Guidance™ during the student’s initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
The Point Guarantee™ does not guarantee profits, account growth, winning trades, trade execution, personal trading results, broker fills, market conditions, or individual financial outcomes.
3. How To Request A Refund Under The Applicable Point Guarantee™
To request a refund under the applicable Point Guarantee™, the student must email SDEFX University™ support within seventy-two (72) hours after the end of their initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to:

Student’s full name
Email address used at purchase
Membership purchased
Date of purchase
Applicable Point Guarantee™ being requested for review
Request for refund review under the applicable Point Guarantee™
Once the refund request is received, SDEFX University™ will review and verify the total number of qualifying setup opportunities provided during the student’s initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
Verification may include, but is not limited to, review of the Telegram logging system, Signals With Guidance™ records, timestamps, setup records, communication history, and any other internal tracking systems used by SDEFX University™.
If SDEFX University™ determines that the applicable point requirement was not met during the student’s initial thirty (30) day guarantee period, the student’s eligible refund will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours of verification and approval.
4. 72-Hour Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests under the applicable Point Guarantee™ must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours after the end of the student’s initial thirty (30) day guarantee period.
Refund requests submitted after the seventy-two (72) hour deadline will not be eligible for a refund under the applicable Point Guarantee™.
Failure to submit a refund request within the required timeframe constitutes a waiver of the student’s right to receive a refund under the applicable Point Guarantee™.
5. Refund Policy Outside Of The Applicable Point Guarantee™
Outside of an applicable written Point Guarantee™, all sales, membership fees, training fees, digital product purchases, webinar purchases, recordings, and educational resource purchases are generally final once access has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to, access to:
The Private Boardroom
Live training sessions
Signals With Guidance™
Trading Framework™ materials
Market breakdowns
Telegram groups or channels
Webinar recordings
Audio recordings
Digital downloads
Educational resources
Membership content
Any other SDEFX University™ training, product, service, or member-only environment
Once a student has accessed the Private Boardroom, accessed the Member’s Area, attended or accessed a live training session, entered a protected membership environment, or received access to member-only content, the purchase is considered delivered and non-refundable unless a specific written guarantee applies.
6. Membership Subscription Cancellations
Students are responsible for managing and canceling their own recurring membership payments before the next billing date.
To avoid future payments, students should cancel their membership subscription through the original payment method used at checkout.
If the student paid through PayPal, the student should cancel the recurring subscription through their PayPal account.
If the student paid by credit or debit card, the student may email SDEFX University™ at:
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation of a membership stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for payments already processed.
7. Refunds For Forgotten Cancellations
If a student forgets to cancel their membership before a recurring payment is processed, SDEFX University™ may review the payment for possible refund eligibility.
A refund may only be considered if there is no record of the student accessing any training sessions, the Private Boardroom, Signals With Guidance™, Telegram access, membership content, or any other SDEFX University™ member-only resource after the payment was processed.
If there is any record of access after the payment was processed, no refund will be issued.
Access includes, but is not limited to:
Accessing the Private Boardroom
Viewing or attending a live training session
Accessing Signals With Guidance™
Viewing member-only content
Entering Telegram groups, channels, or waiting rooms
Accessing recordings, replays, downloads, or training resources
Using any active membership benefit
If there is a record of access at any level after the payment was processed, the payment is considered used and non-refundable.
8. Digital Products, Recordings, And Downloads
Digital products, recordings, downloads, playbooks, audio recordings, webinar replays, and other instantly accessible materials are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, granted, downloaded, viewed, or made available.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Webinar Audio Recording
Webinar Success Bundle
Webinar recordings
Audio recordings
PDFs
Downloadable guides
Training resources
Bonus materials
Digital educational products
Because digital products can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, all digital product sales are generally final once access is provided.
9. No Refunds Based On Trading Results
Refunds will not be issued based on trading losses, lack of profits, failure to achieve a desired trading outcome, failure to follow the training, failure to attend sessions, failure to use the membership, disagreement with market commentary, broker issues, missed trades, slippage, spreads, platform delays, personal financial decisions, or individual trading results.
All trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the individual student, member, customer, or viewer.
SDEFX University™ is not responsible for any trades entered, exited, held, modified, copied, avoided, or executed by any student or member.
10. Payment Plans And Outstanding Balances
If a student enrolls in a payment plan, subscription, or recurring billing arrangement, the student is responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to SDEFX University™ products, services, memberships, communities, trainings, and resources.
Refunds will not be issued simply because a student no longer wishes to continue after access has already been granted.
11. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, students are encouraged to contact SDEFX University™ directly at:
By purchasing from SDEFX University™, the student agrees not to file false, misleading, or improper chargebacks after receiving access to training, memberships, digital resources, recordings, services, or member-only environments.
SDEFX University™ reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any products, memberships, trainings, services, communities, or resources if a chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment, or unauthorized reversal occurs.
12. Duplicate Payments
If a student believes they accidentally made a duplicate payment, they should contact SDEFX University™ as soon as possible at:
Duplicate payment refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval may depend on payment records, access records, delivery status, membership activity, and whether the duplicate purchase resulted in additional access or benefits.
13. How Approved Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, financial institution, or third-party platform.
SDEFX University™ is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, processors, PayPal, Stripe, merchant providers, or other third-party payment platforms.

SDEFX University™ reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
